How I became a complementary health practitioner
For as long as I can remember, family and friends have told me that I have ‘healing hands’. Also, it’s in my nature to help others.
So I trained in reflexology, swedish body massage, reiki, aromatherapy, hot stone massage therapy and indian head massage.
For many years I practised all of these complementary therapies working from the St Ives Complementary Health Centre, my own therapy room as well as visiting clients in their own homes.
After a break to dedicate more time to our growing family I decided to convert my conservatory into a dedicated therapy studio.
In this calm and tranquil sanctuary, I offer the soothing benefits of reflexology and reiki.

Although I’ve trained in a number of complementary thereapies, reflexology has long been my passion.
In 2003 I completed a written and practical examination on the Original Ingham Method© of Reflexology and qualified with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR).
I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists. I comply fully with their Code of Ethics.
In addition, I’m registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Why I set up Feet First Reflexology
Through personal experience, I know how important it is to develop a more balanced sense of wellbeing.
I also know that reflexology and reiki have the potential to help you to relax, release tensions, sleep better, improve your mood, and feel happier and healthier.
After years of practising complementary health in busy spaces such as sports centres, salons and even clients’ places of work, I decided to set up a calm and relaxing environment where you can truly appreciate the benefits of reflexology and reiki.
