Online Booking Guide

Before making an online booking at Feet First Reflexology Bluntisham, you MUST first register as a client.

In order to do this, please call me, Michelle, on 07835 340940 so that we can discuss your specific needs.

Alternatively, please send me an email at with your phone number and a preferred time for me to call you back.

If you are already a client at Feet First Reflexology Bluntisham, then you may book online.

The online booking process is extremely simple.

In case you need help, I’ve put together this step by step guide.

Simply follow the steps below and refer to the screenshots as necessary.

Step 1

Navigate to the online booking page

Step 2

Select your appointment date from the calendar. Available dates are shown in green. Unavailable dates are coloured red.

Step 3

Select your appointment time from the calendar. Available dates are shown in green. Unavailable times are shown in white and cannot be selected. Click “next step”.

Step 4

Select your treatment type and click “next step”.

Step 5

Enter your name, email address and phone number and click “next step”.

Step 6

Check that the details on the booking summary are correct. You can also leave a message on this screen if you have any special requirements.

IMPORTANT. Please read the special conditions relating to Covid-19 and then click “finalise”.

Step 7

Your booking is confirmed with a 4 digit booking reference. Check the details are correct and click “complete” to finish the online booking process and trigger an instant, automatic email confrmation.

Step 8

Go to your inbox and check that you have received an email confirming your booking.

This confirmation email is sent automatically on behalf of “michelle@feetfirstreflexology” by the booking system ( .

If you do not see your booking email, please check your junk or spam folder.

If you find the email there, then please move into your inbox, mark it as “not junk” and add “” to your “safe senders” list to avoid future emails from Feet First being interecepted by your spam filter.

Step 9

Have one final check that the appointment details are correct.

If you made a booking mistake, don’t worry. Simply click on the red “cancel booking” button and return to the online booking page to select a new appointment.

Step 10a

The day before your treatment is due, the online booking system will send you an email remainder.

IMPORTANT: You MUST read the special conditions relating to Covid-19. If you have developed symptoms of Covid-19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive, then you must cancel your appointment. Please click on the red cancel button.


Step 10b

If you have no symptoms of Covid-19 and have not been in contact with another person with symptoms or a confirmed positive test, you MUST confirm this fact by replying to the email.

You can write something as simple as “all OK” or “symptom free”. Please see an example of an email reply below:

IMPORTANT: If you don’t email back confirmation, I will be unable to go ahead with your treatment.
